Printmaking is a broad and exciting form of artmaking. Young students will get to explore the many ways to make a print in this course. It will break down the fundamentals of art in a way that is exciting and easy to grasp for younger students who may be new to making art. Students will gain a deeper understanding of their innate creativity and how to use printmaking to express it!
Ages 6–12
Lia Cavalaris
Lia Cavalaris is an artist and educator located in Cincinnati, OH who has a deep passion for facilitating creativity any opportunity she gets. Though she specializes in printmaking, painting, and animation, she is excited by the opportunity to explore all means of creativity. She has taught various age groups from young children to adults with the Baker-Hunt Art and Cultural Center, Cincinnati Arts Association, Clifton Cultural Arts Center, Wave Pool Gallery, and Cincy Arte.

With Fair Share Pricing, we are simplifying the scholarship process by eliminating the need for an application. If you are unable to pay the full tuition amount, you may simply choose one of the provided scholarship levels instead. You can find guidance on which scholarship level we suggest HERE, but the decision is up to you. We will never ask for additional verification or paperwork.
