Description

Join us for an afternoon of photo-weaving experiments. Led by artist Noel Maghathe, participants will weave together two photographs in an exploration of past stories and personal histories. Maghathe’s project centers on working with family archives—reconnecting with old memories and creating new ones. This process captures the relationship between truth and remembrance. We will bring two images together into a new memory.

Please bring two family photos ready to print/scan, or two printed 8 x 11-inch photos on printer paper.

This workshop is offered in conjunction with Noel Magathe's exhibit, Over Everything.

Ages

All ages. (artists under 16 must be accompanied by a grown-up)
