Description

The Community Dance Lab is a free, weekly two-hour space where dancers of all skill levels – from professionals to beginners – collaborate to redefine social relations through movement. By utilizing a rotating leadership model and dialectical teaching methods, the lab dismantles traditional hierarchies to ensure every participant has a voice in the creative process. Led by volunteer performers, this initiative invites the wider Cincinnati community to train, engage in dialogue, and co-create collective choreography. This lab is a dedicated commitment to radical accessibility, fostering an inclusive environment where community is built through shared artistic expression.
